My name is Chandi Schwab. I grew up being pretty activewith a fast metabolism, but as soon as I became pregnant with my first baby, and got busy with “Real” life.  I let myself go, I didn’t make the time for a healthy lifestyle. It wasn’t until I looked back at pictures that I really realized how unhealthy I looked. It can slip away from us so quickly. The most important thing was that I wasn’t happy with myself, and I knew it was time for a change. I decided to get out and run and to be as active as I could.  I have gradually tried new workouts and fitness classes to coincide with running. I introduced supplements into my life in 2006 when I was pregnant with my second baby and the results have been amazing. I feel better, I look better and I have been able to establish a healthy lifestyle. The last couple of years I have really gotten into running. I ran the Boston marathon April of 2012 and it has been such a fulfilling experience for me to see how far I have come.  My motto is “Nobody is perfect and there will always be someone better, faster, stronger, or more talented out there. But we CAN always improve and get back on track if we slip off”. The best way for me to do this is to set fitness goals and achieve them through supplementing right and working hard!
